  1. United States Postal Substation, all USPS postal services.
  2. Bulk Mailing, CASS Certification, Optical Character Reader equipment. Cass Certification has a certified updated database from the United States Post Office every three months.  The software checks the addresses to make sure they are valid, and eliminates all the duplicates.  We have the capability to certify your database.
  3. The Mailing Place, Inc. is equipped with an OCR presort machine.  The OCR makes possible the rapid sorting of mail according to barcodes, thus dramatically speeding up the time it takes to process customers’ mail and at significantly lower costs.
  4. The Mailing Place, Inc. is also equipped with an ES3 machine to take care of all the rejected mail off the OCR.  Mail that is hand written or has something wrong with the addressing is processed manually on the ES3 machine.
  5. Folding & Inserting, labeling, faxing. The folding and inserting machine is used to fold statements, invoices or any correspondences.  The Mailing Place can help cut down on employee expenses by allowing the machinery to do the work.
  6. UPS, Federal Express Air and Ground.
  7. Western Union, Wire Transfers and Money orders.
  8. Notary Public.
  9. Mailroom Management.
  10. Mailing Place Courier Service. The Mailing Place Courier will pick up your mail at a carge of $2.00 per day. Otherwise, you may drop off your mail at our Production Office lacated at 2059 Oak Grove Rd. in Hattiesburg.
